NOTW: Picture Polish "Monroe"

The saddest of moments is when a brand discontinues polishes that are... well like this.
Picture Polish is an Australian brand, which is part of the same family as the Ozotic polishes. All of the Picture Polish colors have cheeky names and a lot of their special effect polishes, glitters, holos etc are very unique.
Monroe is a vampy, rich, old hollywood wine red shimmer with lots of fairy like holographic glitter mixed into it. The holo is dainty and so pretty!
The color above was with flash. In reality the red is slightly darker, especially in natural daylight. Under indoor lighting it'll look like the color above.
The formula was pretty good, opaque in 3 coats. I used Nubar's Foundation Base Coat and Seche Vite on top. It lasted a good 5 days without chipping.
You may still be able to find this at Llarowe's website or on NinjaPolish which are both etailers that sell Picture Polish.
