I can't ever have plain mint nails. I always get the urge to decorate with nail art. So, this is what happened when I painted my nails with Revlon's "Minted".
"Minted" is your standard mint green creme polish. It wasn't really out of the ordinary in terms of formula or opacity. It was opaque in 3 coats and basically was average in terms of how it went on, drying time, etc.
It's a good polish though if you're looking for a mint nail polish. It retails for like $6 to $7 and can be found pretty much anywhere. It's also more on the green side if you're looking for a less blue toned mint.
On top of that I added a cupcake nail and a... decorated nail I guess lol. I used a white striper and added some dots. For my ring finger I used China Glaze's Lemon Fizz for the yellow flower and OPI's Pink Friday for the pink. On Top I added Essie's silver glitter from the Luxeffects collection.
For the Cupcake nail I actually used a brown acrylic paint for the cake part, then the same colors for the sprinkles. I don't remember the other colors I used since it was so long ago (shame on me for not posting!). That nail was based off of MissGlamorazzi's Cupcake Nail Tutorial.
